Hi There!

I'm a thirty-something mother who has grappled with perinatal depression. My mission statement is to speak out about my struggle, in gritty detail so that other mothers know that they are not alone. My mission is to speak the unspeakable. My objective is to paint a picture of a variety of motherhood experiences and to give voice to the complicated feelings that motherhood presents.

I'm interested in hearing your story. Together we can break the silence!
